AUTOMATIC TOWEL COMPRESSION MACHINE

The Hengyao compressed towel machine is designed for the automatic production of disposable compressed towels, coin towels and travel towels made from cotton or nonwoven materials.

The machine combines automatic feeding, controlled humidification, servo positioning and hydraulic compression to produce compact towels with uniform density, accurate dimensions and a smooth, complete shape without chipped or missing corners.

With an output of approximately 30–100 pieces per minute, the automatic compressed towel machine can support different towel sizes, compressed shapes and production requirements. Round, square, heart-shaped and custom-logo products can be produced by changing the compression mold.

An optional packaging system can also be connected to the machine, helping manufacturers build a continuous compressed towel production and packaging process.
