Automatic Finger Wipes Making Machine

The Automatic Finger Wipes Making Machine is designed for the high-speed production of disposable non-woven finger wipes, integrating automatic material feeding, ultrasonic welding, forming, rotary cutting, and product discharge into one continuous process. With simple operation, accurate positioning, 2600 W ultrasonic power, and a production capacity of 300–400 pcs/min, the machine ensures stable production and consistent product quality. The finished finger wipes are widely used for makeup removal, facial and personal care, as well as pet dental, teeth, ear, and daily hygiene cleaning. Different product shapes and sizes can be customized by replacing the mould, while changing the mould and discharge channel also enables the production of non-woven fabric gloves.
