AUTOMATIC BOUFFANT CAP MAKING AND PACKING MACHINE

The automatic bouffant cap making and packing machine is designed to produce disposable bouffant caps, hair covers and shower caps from nonwoven fabric or PE material.

The machine connects material feeding, elastic feeding, folding, ultrasonic welding, cutting, counting and bag packaging in one continuous production process. Ultrasonic sealing creates clean and consistent welding without traditional sewing, glue or additional adhesives.

    A The raw material we used is imported DC53 mould steel and the heat treatment process of steel can reach 61℃. The service life of the welding roller can be up to five years.
